Many people have difficulty in falling asleep, or they may wake up during the night or earlier than the scheduled time, and thus they do not get enough hours of sleep.

A large percentage of adults complain of difficulty sleeping on a small number of days during the week. Some may deal with the sleeping problem by taking sleeping pills or herbs, or they may leave the problem unresolved in the belief that the problem will go away after a while without their intervention, but the problem remains unresolved!!!

People get used to sleeping at night and waking up in the morning to practice life activities, and this routine is optimal for the health of our bodies, regardless of our violation of this rule due to life circumstances in some cases.
