Appointment

Before making a reservation, please carefully read and consider the following. Booking online with Dr. Mona Reda or the medical staff:

1. Session time: The time difference is calculated automatically on the page, so you have to choose the time that works for you if you are outside Egypt.
2. Attending the session via Zoom: Be sure to come before the session and wait for the doctor to arrive to make the most of the session time.
3. Postponements: If you wish to postpone the appointment, please inform us via the clinic email 48 hours prior to the appointment via email. Booking@withmonareda.com
4. Note that the second appointment will be after a week.
5. Failure to attend the session: In case that the session is booked and the patient does not appear without prior apology via e-mail within 48 hours before the session, the session fee will not be refunded. Note that the doctor will only be available for 10 minutes, waiting for the patient to enter the session.
